The People Behind xenoravilis
We're a collective of financial analysts, educators, and industry professionals who believe that understanding financial statements shouldn't require a PhD in accounting. Our diverse backgrounds span everything from corporate finance to academic research.

Guided by Experience
Sterling Braithwaite
Sterling came to us after fifteen years analyzing everything from startup cash flows to multinational balance sheets. What struck me about his approach was how he could take a 200-page annual report and explain the key insights in plain language over coffee.
Before joining xenoravilis in early 2024, Sterling worked as a senior analyst at three different consulting firms across Melbourne and Sydney. He has this uncanny ability to spot the story that numbers tell - whether it's a company preparing for expansion or one that's masking operational challenges.
His weekend hobby of teaching financial literacy at community centers actually inspired much of our educational approach. Sterling believes that anyone can learn to read financial statements if you start with the right questions rather than complex formulas.
Our Collaborative Approach
Building xenoravilis required bringing together people who understood both the technical side of financial analysis and the human side of learning. We've found that the best insights come from combining different perspectives rather than following a single methodology.
